About Us

We are a South African software construction company that was established in March 2006. Talon Computing's focus is on providing several types of information technology products and services. Among these being website design and implementation, web application services and Short Message Service (SMS) functions that may be used by individuals or organisations.

Talon Computing was established to provide cost effective software solutions and services to individuals, small businesses and government departments. Our aim is to save people/companies time and money and to provide services that may facilitate everyday life requirements.

Our first product, Servisor, helps customers lodge complaints and get responses from companies. Servisor helps companies maintain their reputation in the public domain by attending to and responding to their customers in a transparent forum. The companies are able to receive monthly reports and statistics regarding complaints and compliments that they have received.

Website Design Service

As one of our services, we offer free website design provided that we host and maintain your site. This service allows small and medium sized businesses to establish an online presence without incurring large expenses. Once your site has been designed by us, we will have it hosted by our suppliers over a 3 year period that renews every 3 years. The cost of the hosting is charged at $200 and is a once-off fee renewed every 3 years.

As part of this service, we offer a maintenance plan, priced at $50 per month, where we maintain your website. Whether it is a look and feel change, new content or images, additional email address registration etc.

SMS Service

Talon Computing provides a SMS service allowing individuals to send messages to mobile devices at a low cost. With this service there is no sliding scale, no monthly obligations only one low price, R0.37 per message. Simply purchase the number of credits you require, create your contacts and send your message. You are also able to easily create and manage messaging groups, which is ideal for corporates or organisations.
